Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: April 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of Baxter Phases and related services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the student participating in the program and are agreeing to these terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Services

Your purchase grants you access to a specific Baxter Phase, which includes a structured set of Milestones and Actions designed to guide high school preparation for college or trade school admissions.

Depending on the selected tier, services may include:

  • Self-guided framework and content

  • Automated reminders and accountability

  • Personalized advising (Signature Tier only)

Each Phase is purchased individually. Purchase of one Phase does not include access to any other Phase or future years of the program.

Access is limited to the Phase selected at checkout unless additional Phases are purchased separately.

3. Eligibility and Phase Progression

Baxter Phases are designed to build upon one another over time.

The Senior Phase is intended for returning clients who have completed prior Phases within the Baxter program. New clients are generally not eligible to begin with the Senior Phase, as it relies on preparation and work completed in earlier Phases.

Baxter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine eligibility for any Phase and to approve or deny enrollment accordingly.

4. No Guarantee of Results

Baxter provides guidance and support, but does not guarantee admission to any college, university, trade school or program.

Outcomes depend on many factors outside of Baxter’s control, including academic performance, student engagement and institutional decision-making.

5. Client Responsibility

Successful use of the Baxter program requires active participation.

You are responsible for:

  • Completing assigned Actions

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Providing accurate information

  • Engaging with the process

Baxter is not responsible for outcomes affected by missed deadlines, incomplete work or lack of engagement.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Because access to the Phase and its materials is granted immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been provided.

7. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baxter’s total liability for any claim related to your purchase or use of a Phase is limited to the amount you paid for that Phase.

Baxter is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to admissions decisions, missed opportunities or related outcomes.

8. Technology and Access

Baxter delivers services through a digital platform. While we aim for consistent access, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Baxter is not responsible for temporary outages, delays or technical issues beyond our control.

9. Modifications

Baxter may update or improve Phase content, platform features or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Continued use of the Phase after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
