Baxter Cares
Baxter Cares is our pro bono advising initiative designed to support a small number of students each year who may not otherwise have access to structured college planning guidance. Through this program, Baxter provides the same thoughtful framework and guidance used in our paid services, offered at no cost to selected students and families.
Because the program is intentionally small, participation is offered through an application process. Our goal is to support motivated students who would benefit from additional guidance as they navigate the college planning and application process.
Who should apply
Baxter Cares is intended for students who would benefit from structured guidance during the college planning process but may not otherwise have access to professional advising services.
We encourage applications from students who are motivated, curious about their future, and willing to actively participate in the planning process.
Ideal applicants are students who:
• Are currently in high school and preparing for the college planning or application process
• Are motivated to pursue higher education and open to thoughtful guidance
• Are willing to commit time and effort to meetings, planning tasks, and application preparation
• Would benefit from support navigating the college process due to financial or access barriers
Because Baxter Cares is intentionally limited in size, we are able to work with only a small number of students each year.
Due to the limited number of students we are able to support each year, not all applicants will be selected for the program.
