Baxter is a structured program that helps families navigate high school preparation for college or trade school admissions. Each Phase includes clear Milestones and Actions so you always know what to do and when to do it.
Baxter is organized by Phases that align with each year of high school. Within each Phase, you’ll complete Milestones made up of specific Actions.
You’ll log into the app, follow the plan and work through each step at your own pace within the school year.
After purchase, you’ll receive instructions to access the Baxter app where your Phase will be available.
A parent or legal guardian must complete the purchase and agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Students participate in the program, but the account is managed by the parent.

Each Phase includes:
- A structured plan for that year
- Step-by-step Actions
- Supporting videos and guidance
Depending on your tier, you may also receive reminders, accountability or personalized advising.
No. Each Phase is purchased individually.
You can purchase one Phase at a time as your student progresses through high school.
You will have access to your purchased Phase for the duration of that school year.
Tier 1 (Foundations) is fully self-guided.
Tier 2 (Guided Growth) includes automated reminders and accountability.
Tier 3 (Signature) includes personalized, hands-on advising.

No. You can start at any time.
However, Baxter Phases are designed to build on each other, so earlier Phases provide important foundation.
The Senior Phase is designed for returning clients who have completed earlier Phases.
New clients are generally not eligible to begin with the Senior Phase, as it depends on preparation completed in prior years.
If you start after the beginning of the school year, your timeline will adjust so you can still complete the Phase.
Baxter is designed to keep you on track, but ultimately progress depends on your participation.
If you fall behind, you can continue working through the material, but staying consistent will give you the best results.

No.
Baxter provides guidance, structure and support, but admissions decisions are made by each institution and depend on many factors outside of our control.
Because access to the program is provided immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Yes. If you decide you want additional support, you can upgrade your tier based on availability.
